Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order and provide the following:

  • Unboxing video proof
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Order details

Please note that refund requests submitted without proper unboxing video proof may be rejected.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
